You have 14 days from the day you receive your trade-in kit to prepare and return your device. You may be able to receive the trade-in kit with your iPhone purchase if you have an iPhone. It will be sent to you separately once your new product is available for pickup or delivery. Once we have received your trade-in we will inspect it and, if all is well, your trade in will be completed. If the condition of your device is not what you describe, we'll send you an email with the next steps. If your payment was in full, and your device's value exceeded the price of the new iPhone, an email will be sent with the Apple Gift Card.
