You have 14 days from the day you receive your trade-in kit to prepare and return your device. You may be able to receive the trade-in kit with your iPhone purchase if you have an iPhone. It will be sent to you separately once your new product is available for pickup or delivery. Once we have received your trade-in we will inspect it and, if all is well, your trade in will be completed. If the condition of your device is not what you describe, we'll send you an email with the next steps. If your payment was in full, and your device's value exceeded the price of the new iPhone, an email will be sent with the Apple Gift Card.
AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss, an optional device protection program, provides benefits under AppleCare+ as well as a Theft & Loss policy. New Hampshire Insurance Company Iowa License #26 underwrites Theft & Loss insurance and is sold by Apple Inc. (License Number 926146). In all other states, the insurance coverage for theft and loss is covered under a group policy issued by AppleCare Service Company, Inc., except New York. You can purchase separate policies for theft and loss. Please refer to the certificate of coverage for your state for complete details, which can be found at www.aigtheftandloss.com/coveragedocs.
