Start by verifying your upgrade status to find out if it's possible to get a new iPhone if enrolled in the program. You have two options: go online to upgrade, or you can visit an Apple Store where you can speak with a Specialist. If you have not made 12 minimum payments within the last six months, you may upgrade at any time. You can upgrade even if you have to pay an additional amount in order to make your 12 payments.
