Warranty

The LivePremier has been tested in various applications and is deemed to be suitable for uses described in this manual. This product is provided “as is”, including all or any ‘perceived’ or possible faults. The Licensor grants no warranty regarding the utility or contents of the software. Analog Way will warrant the hardware for three years from the date of purchase on parts and labor. Broken connectors are not covered by warranty. The method of warranty is Return to Base (transport costs from and to us are the owner’s responsibility). In case of hardware fault please contact your local distributor or us (www.analogway.com). While not an exhaustive list, the following are provided for guidance. Warranty claims will be invalidated in these circumstances:

  • A hardware failure is caused by inappropriate handling of hardware such as dropping the image processor, using the image processor without proper ventilation, exposing the unit to water, other liquids or dust.
  • The software has been loaded or there has been an attempt to load software onto the unit in any way other than described in the manual or recommended by Analog Way.
  • The hardware has been modified by someone other than a certified Analog Way dealer.
